JSON TOOLKIT provides a comprehensive suite of developer tools for JSON manipulation, including but not limited to formatting, validation, conversion, and schema generation.

3. Free Service Tier

The Free Tier of JSON TOOLKIT is provided “as is” and without warranty. We reserve the right to limit the number of operations per minute or total data processed for users on the free plan.

• →Rate limiting may be applied per IP address.
• →No guaranteed uptime.
• →Data you enter is processed in your browser and is not stored by us.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our developer tools, you agree not to:

• →Attempt to reverse engineer the core serialization engine.
• →Use the Service to build a competing JSON processing product.
• →Submit data containing malware or malicious scripts.
• →Use the toolkit to process PII (Personally Identifiable Information) without proper safeguards.

5. User Content

JSON TOOLKIT does not claim ownership of the JSON data, schemas, or code snippets you process through our tools. By using the service, you grant us a temporary license to process and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any data you input into the toolkit.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is critical to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect and use your data. In short, we do not sell your JSON inputs to third parties.

7. Advertising

The Service may contain advertisements, which may be targeted to the content of information on the Service, queries made through the Service, or other information.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mhmed bou ali. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mhmed bou ali and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent.

In no event shall Mhmed bou ali, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
